Jade Humphrey

Jade founded Predator Free Riccarton and continues to lead the initiative. Growing up in Wainuiomata taught her the value of community and a love for native species (which she loves to photograph). Jade is also a rock doctor, researching complex earthquakes in Aotearoa at the University of Canterbury.

Tilly King

Operation Lead

As a previous EnviroSoc president, Tilly currently works for Environment Canterbury as a biodiversity advisor. She is keen on everything nature related (especially mokomoko!) and loves tramping. Tilly is our Operations Lead and helps keep Predator Free Riccarton running smoothly (like peanut butter!).

Seamus supports our students and trapping program at the University of Canterbury and increasing biodiversity through trapping, monitoring, tree planting in the surrounding community. He is the Biodiversity Projects Coordinator at UC.

Erin Kang

Erin is an undergraduate Law and Science student at the University of Canterbury. Her first introduction to trapping was with PFR at Christchurch Girls High School and she has decided to put her hand up and help out again.

Emma Godfrey

Possums coordinator

Emma is our resident possum expert. She is undertaking her PhD in possum behaviour and even uses catches from local traps for her research at the University of Canterbury.
